Meter Change Process

The water meter is supplied and maintained by the Wholesaler. If you need to switch to a different size or type of meter, we can coordinate this for you. Please explain your reasons and fill out the new meter form below. 

Requesting a New Water Meter

If you're looking to replace your current meter with one of a different size or model, here’s how to get started:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Fill out the New Water Meter Request form detailing the reasons for your request. We’ll forward your request directly to the Wholesaler for you.

 

By completing this form, you provide us with the necessary information to process your meter change request efficiently.

Understanding Potential Charges

Be aware that meter replacement, including changes in size or model, may incur charges from the Wholesaler. You'll be informed about these potential costs, which you must agree to prior to the service being performed.

If the meter relocation is part of a larger development project or if you’re in need of a new connection, it’s best to reach out directly to the Wholesaler’s Developer Services department for specialized assistance.

Need help finding your meter?

Once signed in:

  1. Go to the ‘Meters’ menu.
  2. Select ‘View my Meters’. Here, you’ll find comprehensive details about your meter(s), including serial number, address, location description, and even a map for easier navigation.
