There is no Supply Point registered for my premises


All non-household premises connected to the mains water and/or sewerage network should have a Supply Point ID (SPID).

A SPID is used to identify your supply and allows a retailer to bill you for water and wastewater services. Most premises will have:

Why might my premises not have a SPID?

In some cases, a premises may not be registered correctly.

This can happen:

Premises in this situation are often referred to as “Gap Sites”.

A Gap Site is a property that is receiving water and/or sewerage services but is not currently being billed because no SPID has been created.

 

How do I get my premises registered?

If the supply relates only to a home and not a business or non-household premises, you should contact your Wholesaler directly.

Castle Water is a non-household retailer, so we are not able to manage domestic supplies.
