You can request that Castle Water change the name on your account if your company remains in the same ownership, and only the name of the business or the managing agent has changed.

If you are taking over a property as a new tenant, you will need to complete the Move In form, so we cancreate a new account for you.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible after the move and encourage you to provide a meter read at the same time, so we can provide a more accurate first bill.

How do I change the company name?
To let us know about a change to your account name, or to correct a minor error, go to My Account in the left-hand navigation, then select Account Details. On the page, click the Change Company Name button to submit your request. Once you submit the request, we will review the change and notify you once it has been made or if we need any further information.
