Log in to the Customer Portal

First log in to the Customer Portal

View your meters

Click Meters in the navigation panel on the left side of the Customer Portal (pictured below, outlined in red).

From the dropdown, click View my meters.

 

Identify meters for your account

All meters for this account are shown in a list.

Can't find the meter you're looking for?

If you can’t find the meter you're looking for? Check you're interacting as the account associated with the meter you're trying to find. If you still can't find it, report the missing meter by clicking Missing Meter?

Access meter location details

For meter location details click the meter Serial Number.

Explore meter location information

All available meter location information is shown in a table. If exact coordinates for the water meter are available, this will be shown on a map.

You can also find additional information about the location of your meter in the meter descriptions section.
