Check your bill 

The supply address is detailed on your bill, this can be found in the section relating to your SPID information. Look for your SPID number(s) and SPID address.  

 

Check the Customer Portal

You can see the details of your supply address and any water meters in the Customer Portal.  

 

What is the Supply Address? 

The Supply Address is the address of the premises receiving water and/or wastewater services. 

Every Supply Address is linked to a unique Supply Point ID (SPID) or pair of SPIDs, one for water and one for wastewater. It is the Wholesaler who is responsible for creating and maintaining the SPID and the Supply Address information. They share it with Castle Water, your retailer, along with details about the services at that address including meter information if they’ve fitted a water meter. We print the Supply Address on your bills and make it available in the Customer Portal.
