For Submeters or Location Assistance: If you require detailed information about submeters or are having trouble locating your meter, please contact us for assistance.

Submit Meter Reading: The easiest way to submit and keep track of your meter readings is on the Customer Portal.

New to the Customer Portal? Register quickly for instant access to your business water account.

Multiple Sites and Meters: Customers with multiple sites or meters must provide readings for all meters at each site. Submit multiple readings conveniently on the Customer Portal in the Submit a Reading menu on the Meters page.

Importance of Regular Meter Readings: We use your readings to calculate bills accurately. Regular submissions are crucial for reflecting changes in water usage, especially for customers with variable consumption.

Usage Fluctuations: Some customers experience significant usage fluctuations, like farms. Bills are estimated based on recent patterns, but reduced usage will be reflected in the next bill once meter readings indicate the change.

Issues Submitting a Meter Reading: If you're having trouble logging into the Customer Portal, you can submit your meter reading to a Customer Service Advisor via webchat. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you contact us outside these hours, feel free to leave a message.
