If you have moved into premises supplied by Castle Water, please let us know as soon as you move in using the online form here.

If you are already a customer of Castle Water and have an account for another address, you can save time by logging in before completing a Move In form. If you haven't logged in before, all you need to register is your account number, email address, and postcode. Click here to register now.

What happens next?

If we need more information from you, we’ll let you know, otherwise you can expect your new Castle Water account to be ready within four weeks. We’ll email you with your account number and a link to the Customer Portal where you can check your account balance, view your bills, submit meter readings and much more. You can also access the Customer Portal here.

Your first bill will be issued soon afterwards and the easiest way to pay is by setting up a Direct Debit here.

If your supply is metered, check the meters section in the Customer Portal to see the consumption history and where the meter is located. You can keep an eye on your consumption and help us calculate accurate bills by submitting regular meter readings.
