You can view all key information about your water meter in the Customer Portal, including its location, meter readings, and other useful details.
How to view your meter details
The quickest way is to go to the Meters on the Customer Portal.
Alternatively, if you’re already signed into the Customer Portal:
Select ‘Meters’ from the main menu.
Click on ‘View my Meters’ to see a list of your meters.

To view details of a specific meter, click on its serial number.
This will take you to the meter details page, where you can view the serial address, a description of the location, and a helpful map if available.
Submitting a meter read
You can also submit meter readings at any time through the Customer Portal, using the same ‘Meters’ section.
